Prior to the adoption of Ord. 20654 on 06/21/2010, Section 24-42 read as follows.


    An applicant for a permit hereunder shall file with the director of public works an application showing:

    (1)    The name and address of the owner or agent in charge of the property abutting the proposed work area.

    (2)    The name and address of the party doing the work.

    (3)    The location of the work area.

     (4)     The duration and dates of the closure or restriction.

    (5)     Such other information as the director of public works shall find reasonably necessary to the determination of whether a permit should be issued hereunder.
