Chapter 24 STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND PUBLIC PLACES*
Section 24-7 Water from downspouts, gutters, drains.
Any person owning or occupying any building in the city who
shall cause the downspout,
gutter or drain conducting water from such building to be so constructed as to spread water over
the adjacent sidewalks or streets or permit them to remain in a condition so as to spread water
over the adjacent sidewalks or streets shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
