Section 25-22 Coordination with planned districts of the zoning ordinance.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 18410 on 02/21/2005, Section 25-22 read as follows.
(a) Whenever the submission of a site development
plans for approval of any planned
development district under the zoning regulations involves the subdivision of land,
as defined in
this chapter, approval of the subdivision of land within the planned districts shall
be required in
addition to all other procedures and approvals required in the zoning ordinance.
(b) Subdivision review shall may
be carried out prior to or simultaneously with the review
of the development plans, according to the procedures set forth herein.
(1) Review and approval of a preliminary site
development plan for a planned district as
required by the zoning ordinance shall satisfy the concept review stage of subdivision approval.
(2)(c) An application for approval of a final
site development plan for a planned district
required by the zoning ordinance shall include all information normally required for submission
and approval of a preliminary plat as set forth herein.
a.(1) Review and recommendation
of the preliminary plat shall be accomplished at the time
of, and as a part of, review and recommendation of the final site development plan
as required in
the zoning ordinance.
b.(2) Approval of the final
site development plan for a planned district shall constitute
approval of the preliminary plat required herein.
(3) A
final plat for a planned district may be submitted only after final site development
plan approval and shall conform with the regulations herein.
