Prior to the adoption of Ord. 21093 on 09/19/2011, Section 25-47.03 read as follows.
(a) The local street portion of costs or the actual construction costs
per foot, whichever is
applicable, shall be determined by the director of public works prior to final plat approval.
(b) The number of abutting feet shall then be calculated and multiplied
by the local street
portion of costs, or the actual construction costs per foot to determine the total amount of the
impact fee.
(c) If a special assessment has been levied against the property a proportionate
amount shall be
subtracted from the impact fee.
(d) The director of public works shall certify the amount of the impact
fee to the director of
planning and development for collection.
