Section 26-151 Imposition of charge.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 20416 on 09/21/2009, Section 26-151 read as follows.
Every person issued a building permit for new construction shall pay a development
charge of
twenty-five cents ($0.25)
fifty cents ($0.50)
per square foot of total floor area of new
construction.
