Section 26-151 Imposition of charge.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 19679 on 09/17/2007, Section 26-151 read as follows.
Every person issued a building permit for new construction shall pay a development charge of
fifteen cents ($ 0.15)
twenty-five cents ($0.25)
per square foot of total floor area of new
construction.
