Section 26-151 Imposition of charge.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 18789 on 02/01/2006, Section 26-151 read as follows.
Every person issued a building permit for new construction shall pay a development
charge of
ten fifteen cents ($0.10 0.15) per square foot of total
floor area of new construction.
