Section 26-151 Imposition of charge.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 17437 on 09/16/2002, Section 26-151 read as follows.
Every person issued a building permit for new construction shall pay a development
charge of
six and one-tenth ten cents ($0.061 10) per square foot
of total floor area of new construction.
