Section 26-174 Administration.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 21095 on 09/19/2011, Section 26-174 read as follows.
The stormwater development charge shall be paid to the public works
community development
department, division of protective inspection
building and site development
. The division shall
promptly forward all stormwater development charge receipts to the finance department to be
deposited in the stormwater utility fund.
