Chapter 26 TAXATION*
Section 26-85 Same--Rules of procedure; officers.
The board shall require a quorum of
seven (7)
members and the affirmative vote of four (4) of
its members to make any recommendation. It shall elect
, from its membership,
a chair and such
other officers as
it
shall provide.
