Section 26-85 Same--Rules of procedure; officers.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 17658 on 04/21/2003, Section 26-85 read as follows.
The board shall require a quorum of four (4) seven (7)
members and the affirmative vote of
four (4) of its members to make any recommendation. It shall elect, from its membership, a
chairperson and such other officers as they it shall provide from
its membership.
