The payment of fees and issuing of permits for installation of an air conditioning system or a refrigeration system shall be as provided for in chapter 6, article II, Building Code; article III, Electrical Code, and article IV, Plumbing Code; of this Code of Ordinances. The enforcement of this division and the assessment of penalties, if any, shall be as set forth in such chapter 6, articles 11, III and IV.
