Section 27-162 Energy efficiency incentives authorized.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 20065 on 09/15/2008, Section 27-162 read as follows.
The city water and light utility is hereby authorized to
institute a program of super saver
,
energy conservation loans
and energy efficiency and solar rebates
for residential
,
and
commercial
and industrial
customers.
Subject to the availability of funds for such purposes,
Such
loans
and
rebates
shall be made available to qualified customers of the water and light utility under the
terms and conditions hereinafter established.
