The seven (7) voting members shall serve for staggered four year terms. The current members of the existing railroad advisory board are hereby appointed to the board and shall serve the remainder of their terms. Any vacancy occurring on said board shall be filled by appointment of the city council for the remaining portion of the term. Thereafter, each member appointed shall serve a four-year term. (Ord.
