Section 27-39 Water and light advisory board--Appointment and terms of members.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 17658 on 04/21/2003, Section 27-39 read as follows.
There shall be a water and light advisory board which shall consist of four five
(5) members
appointed by the council. Appointments shall be made for terms of four (4) years and until a
successor is appointed and qualified. Appointments to fill vacancies shall be for unexpired terms
only.
