Section 28-114 Investigation of applicant.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 19518 on 05/07/2007, Section 28-114 read as follows.
The
chief of police
department of finance
shall investigate the qualifications and fitness of
each applicant for a driver's certificate
, including obtaining a criminal record check of each
applicant
and shall recommend the granting or denial of the application.
