It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor bus within the city without at all times displaying in plain view within the motor bus a rate card, appropriately mounted or framed, setting forth the schedule of fares provided to be charged with the person or firm owning or operating such motor bus. Such card shall also contain the statement that a motor bus license does not authorize the transportation of property for hire.
