17.185, and 17.190--17.280; Ord. No. 10030, § 1, adopted Dec. 19, 1983; and Ord. No.
10222, § 1, July 2, 1984. In addition, Ord. No. 12094 enacted new provisions which have been
included herein as a new Art. IV.
