Chapter 4 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES*
Section 4-12 License -- Issuance.
On approval of the application for a license under this chapter,
the business services
administrator shall issue the applicant a license to conduct business at the location specified in
the application for the period set forth in section 4-2 of this chapter. Every license issued under
this chapter shall set forth the type of license granted and shall particularly describe the premises
at which intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating beer may be sold and the license shall not
authorize or permit the sale of intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating beer at any other place.
