Chapter 4 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES*
Section 4-19 Misrepresentation of age by minors.
No person under the age of twenty-one (21) years shall represent that he has
attained the age
of twenty-one (21) years for the purpose of purchasing, asking for, or in any way receiving, any
intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating beer.
