Section 4-22 Penalty.

(a) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter where no penalty is otherwise provided, shall, upon conviction thereof, be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
