Chapter 4 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES*
Section 4-7 Same--Approval of applications.
If the applicant meets all of the requirements and qualifications
of this chapter and, in the case
of a renewal, the business has been conducted in accordance with the requirements of this
chapter, the business services administrator shall grant the license.
