Section 4-7 Same--Approval of applications.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 18006 on 03/01/2004, Section 4-7 read as follows.
On approval of the application for a license under this chapter
by the city manager, or upon the
order of the city council granting the license as herein provided, and upon payment of the license
fee provided, the business license administrator shall issue the applicant a license to conduct
business at the location specified in the application for the period set forth in section 4-2 of this
chapter. Every license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall set forth the type of
license granted and shall particularly describe the premises at which intoxicating liquor or
nonintoxicating beer may be sold thereunder and such license shall not be deemed to authorize or
permit the sale of intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating beer at any place other than that
described therein.
