Prior to the adoption of Ord. 17503 on 11/04/2002, Section 6-51 read as follows.

The 1995 edition of the International Plumbing Code published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., International Conference of Building Officials and the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc., including all appendices except appendix A and C, three (3) copies of which have been on file with the city clerk for a period of ninety (90) days prior to the adoption of this article, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of the Code of Ordinances, City of Columbia, Missouri as fully as if set forth in its entirety. At least three (3) copies of the 1995 edition of the International Plumbing Code shall remain on file in the office of the city clerk and shall be kept available for public use, inspection and examination.

The 2000 edition of the International Plumbing Code published by the International Code Council, Inc., including all appendices except appendix A and C, three copies of which have been on file with the city clerk for a period of ninety (90) days prior to the adoption of this article, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of the Code of Ordinances, City of Columbia, Missouri as fully as if set forth in its entirety. At least three (3) copies of the 2000 Edition of the International Plumbing Code shall remain on file in the office of the city clerk and shall be kept available for public use, inspection and examination.
