Prior to the adoption of Ord. 17501 on 11/04/2002, Section 6-65 read as follows.

The CABO One and Two-family Dwelling Code, 1995 Edition published by The Council of American Building Officials, including all appendices except for Appendices A, B, C and F, three (3) copies of which have been on file with the city clerk for a period of ninety (90) days prior to the adoption of this article, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of the Code of Ordinances, City of Columbia, Missouri as fully as if set forth in its entirety. At least three (3) copies of the CABO One and Two-family Dwelling Code, 1995 Edition shall remain on file in the office of the city clerk and shall be kept available for public use, inspection and examination.

The 2000 Edition of the International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, published by The International Code Council, Inc. including Appendices E, G and H, three copies of which have been on file with the city clerk for a period of ninety (90) days prior to the adoption of this article, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of the Code of Ordinances, City of Columbia, Missouri as fully as if set forth in its entirety. At least three (3) copies of the International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, 2000 Edition shall remain on file in the office of the city clerk and shall be kept available for public use, inspection and examination.
