Section 8-36 Fifth Ward.
Prior to the adoption of 17075 on 10/15/2001, Section 8-36 read as follows.
The Fifth Ward boundary shall begin at the intersection of
the centerline of Rock Quarry Road
and the south city limits line, as now or hereafter established; thence northward along the
centerline of Rock Quarry Road to a point due west of the southwestern terminus of the
centerline of Capen Park Drive; thence due east to the centerline of Capen Park Drive; thence
along the centerline of Capen Park Drive and continuing to the centerline of Rock Quarry Road;
thence northward along the centerline of Rock Quarry Road to the centerline of Stadium
Boulevard; thence westward along the centerline of Stadium Boulevard to its intersection with
Monk Drive; thence northward along the centerline of Monk Drive and continuing to the
centerline of Hospital Drive; thence westward along the centerline of Hospital Drive to a private
street connecting Hospital Drive with Maryland Avenue; thence northward along the centerline
of the private street and continuing to the centerline of Maryland Avenue; thence northward
along the centerline of Maryland Avenue to the centerline of Rollins Street; thence westward
along the centerline of Rollins Street and continuing to the centerline of Providence Road; thence
northward along the centerline of Providence Road to the centerline of the former Missouri-Kansas-Texas
Railroad right-of-way; thence southwestward and westward along the centerline of
the former Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad right-of-way to the city limits line, as now or
hereafter established; thence in a counterclockwise direction along the city limits line, as now or
hereafter established, to its intersection with the centerline of Rock Quarry Road, the point of
beginning of this ward boundary.
