Loan and Grant Committee

The Loan and Grant Committee is a five-member committee appointed by the City Manager to review and make decisions on loan application for the City's housing programs, to review and make decisions on loan terms and requirements, and all other duties as assigned by the Director of Community Development, City Manager, or City Council.
