Council Bill No.         R 2-99           

declaring the necessity for construction of sanitary sewer Wetlands Treatment Unit Number Four; stating the nature of and the estimate of the cost thereof; providing for payment for the improvement; providing for compliance with the prevailing wage law; and setting a public hearing.

The City Council deems the construction of sanitary sewer Wetlands Treatment Unit Number Four, as described in Amendment No. 2 to the 201 Facility Plan Update, Wastewater Collection and Treatment, dated April 1998, necessary to the welfare and improvement of the City.

The estimated cost of this improvement is $ 5,240,000.

Payment for this improvement shall be made from the Missouri State Revolving Fund, sanitary sewer utility funds and such other funds as may be lawfully appropriated.
