A RESOLUTION

declaring the necessity for construction of the Bear Creek pedestrian and bicycle trail, Phase III, extending along Bear Creek from Garth Avenue to State Route 763; stating the nature of and the estimate of the cost thereof; providing for payment for the improvement; providing for compliance with the prevailing wage law; and setting a public hearing.

The City Council deems the construction of a 10-feet wide gravel pedestrian and bicycle trail extending along Bear Creek from Garth Avenue to State Route 763, necessary to the welfare and improvement of the City.

The estimated cost of this improvement is $113,700.

Payment for this improvement shall be made from federal enhancement funds and such other funds as may be lawfully appropriated.
