A RESOLUTION
authorizing the City Manager to make federal fiscal year 1999 certifications and assurances

Federal Transit Administration assistance programs.
The City Manager is authorized to make federal fiscal year 1999 certifications and assurances
for
Federal Transit Administration assistance programs. Certifications and assurances shall be
substantially in the form of Exhibit "A" which is attached to and made a part of this resolution.
