A RESOLUTION
authorizing amendment No. 3 to the fiber optic agreement with the Curators of the University
of
Missouri.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute amendment No. 3 to the fiber optic
agreement
with the Curators of the University of Missouri. The form and content of the amendment shall be
substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully
as if set
forth herein verbatim.
