Ordinance No.            15867              Council Bill No.           B 3-99            

authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Boone County for road improvements to Scott Boulevard between Bellview Drive and Brookview Terrace; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Boone County for road improvements to Scott Boulevard between Bellview Drive and Brookview Terrace.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
