Section 100-018 Ord. 15873; Accepting Conveyances for Sewer, Drainage, and Construction Purposes

AN ORDINANCE

accepting conveyances for sewer, drainage and construction purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for sanitary sewer purposes from Juanita Inez Hickam and Dorothy Hickam, dated October 23, 1998, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sanitary sewer purposes from Russell F. and Laura Devenney, dated August 25, 1998, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sanitary sewer purposes from Randal R. and Doreen E. Trecha, dated September 17, 1998, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit C" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for sewer purposes from Loren David Baurichter, Trustee under the Loren David Baurichter Revocable Trust, dated October 6, 1998, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit D" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for temporary construction purposes from Loren David Baurichter, Trustee under the Loren David Baurichter Revocable Trust, dated October 6, 1998, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit E" is attached to this ordinance.
