Ordinance No.           15874               Council Bill No.           B 10-99            

approving the Final Plat of Wellington Manor, Plat No. 1, a major subdivision; accepting the dedication of rightsofway and easements; authorizing a performance contract; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The City Council hereby approves the Final Plat of Wellington Manor, Plat No. 1, dated November, 1998, a major subdivision located on the south side of St. Charles Road, approximately 2,000 feet east of Dorado Drive, containing approximately 7.43 acres in the City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, and hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the plat evidencing such approval.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a performance contract with Troy and Shirley Miller in connection with the approval of the Final Plat of Wellington Manor, Plat No. 1.  The form and content of the contract shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
