AN ORDINANCE
authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the Missouri Department of
Health
for HIV prevention services; appropriating funds; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall
become effective.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the Missouri Department
of
Health for HIV prevention services. The form and content of the agreement shall be
substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully
as if set
forth herein verbatim.
The sum of $ 6,936 is hereby appropriated from the State Health Revenue Account No.
110-3010-462.01-00 GHIVCT to the Miscellaneous Contractual Account No. 110-3310-531.49-90.
