Council Bill No.         R 13-99           

declaring the necessity for construction of sanitary sewer improvements, more specifically described as B-16 Outfall Relief Sewer, B-17 Interceptor Sewer and Bear Creek Outfall Sewer; stating the nature of and the estimate of the cost thereof; providing for payment for the improvement; providing for compliance with the prevailing wage law; and setting a public hearing.

The City Council deems the construction of sanitary sewer improvements, more specifically described as B-16 Outfall Relief Sewer, B-17 Interceptor Sewer and Bear Creek Outfall Sewer, as described in Addendum No. 6 to Planning Report (201 Facility Plan) on Wastewater Collection and Treatment, dated July 1998, necessary to the welfare and improvement of the City.

The estimated cost of this improvement is $ 1,376,000.

Payment for this improvement shall be made from the Missouri State Revolving Fund, Sanitary Sewer Utility Funds and such other funds as may be lawfully appropriated.
