Council Bill No.        R 17-99            

authorizing the City Manager to designate representatives for compliance with environmental regulations at the City power plant.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to designate the Power Production Superintendent and the Assistant Power Production Superintendent as the City’s representatives for compliance, accountability and reporting purposes under all applicable federal and state environmental laws or regulations.
