accepting conveyances for utility purposes; directing the City Clerk to have the conveyances recorded; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The City of Columbia accepts the following conveyances:

Grant of Easement for utility purposes from CNL APF Partners, L.P., dated December 14, 1998, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit A" is attached to this ordinance.

Grant of Easement for electric purposes from Kilgore Development, L.L.C., dated December 16, 1998, a copy of which, marked "Exhibit B" is attached to this ordinance.
