Ordinance No.           15882               Council Bill No.           B 17-99            

authorizing the City Manager to execute a cooperative agreement with Boone County relating to 1999 revenue sharing funding for improvements to Scott Boulevard and Oakland Gravel Road; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a cooperative agreement with Boone County relating to 1999 revenue sharing funding for improvements to Scott Boulevard and Oakland Gravel Road.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
