Ordinance No. 15884 Council Bill No. B 19-99

AN ORDINANCE

declaring the need to acquire land herein described for easements necessary to construct recreational trails along Bear Creek and Hinkson Creek; authorizing acquisition by negotiation or, if necessary, by condemnation; authorizing the City Manager to obtain and execute all instruments necessary for acquisition of such land; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The City Council hereby declares the need to acquire land for scenic/conservation/walkway-bikeway easements, temporary access easements and temporary construction easements for recreational trails along Bear Creek and Hinkson Creek described as follows:
