Section 100-039 Ord. 15885; Acquisition of Land for Construction of C-6 Trunk Sewer to Bearfield Subdivision

AN ORDINANCE

declaring the need to acquire land herein described for easements necessary to construct the C-6 Trunk Sewer to Bearfield Subdivision; authorizing acquisition by negotiation or, if necessary, by condemnation; authorizing the City Manager to obtain and execute all instruments necessary for acquisition of such land; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The City Council hereby declares the need to acquire land for permanent sewer easements, temporary construction easements and a temporary access easement for the C-6 Trunk Sewer to Bearfield Subdivision.  The land to be acquired is in Section 6, Township 47 North, Range 12 West and in Section 31, Township 48 North, Range 12 West in the City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
