Ordinance No.           15887               Council Bill No.          B 23-99             

adopting the City of Columbia Employee Health Care Plan and the City of Columbia Employee Dental Plan; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The City Council adopts the City of Columbia Employee Health Care Plan, a copy of which, marked “Exhibit A,” is attached to and made a part of this ordinance.

    

The City Council adopts the City of Columbia Employee Dental Plan, a copy of which, marked “Exhibit B,” is attached to and made a part of this ordinance.

The Plans adopted in sections 1 and 2 replace the City of Columbia Employee Health Insurance Plan, dated January, 1994, as amended.
