Ordinance No.           15888               Council Bill No.           B 24-99            

authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with RightChoice Managed Care, Inc. to administer the City’s Employee Health Care Plan and Employee Dental Plan; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with RightChoice Managed Care, Inc. to administer the City’s Employee Health Care Plan and Employee Dental Plan.  The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
