AN ORDINANCE
authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Ozark Management, Inc.; authorizing
the City Manager to execute an agreement with Ozark Air Lines, Inc.; and fixing the time when
this ordinance shall become effective.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Ozark Management, Inc.
for hangar ground site. The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth
in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a cooperative agreement with Ozark Air Lines,
Inc. The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit
B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
