Council Bill No.         R 22-99           

authorizing the City Manager to apply to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for loans and grants under the Missouri Clean Water Law for various sanitary sewer improvement projects.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to apply to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for loans and grants under the Missouri Clean Water Law for the following sanitary sewer improvement projects: B-16 Trunk Sewer, B-17 Trunk Sewer, Bear Creek Outfall Sewer, Cow Branch Outfall Sewer, CB-4 and CB-5 Trunk Sewers, Cow Branch Pump Station, Wetlands Treatment Unit No. 4, and the Upper Hinkson Creek Outfall Sewer.

City Manager, Raymond A. Beck, is authorized in connection with the Water Pollution Program loan and grant applications to furnish all necessary information to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, to sign all necessary documents on behalf of the City, to furnish all assurances required by law or regulation and to receive payments on behalf of the City.
