AN ORDINANCE

rezoning property located at 1809 Vandiver Drive from District O-1 (Office District) to District C-P (Planned Business District); amending the land use plan; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 294 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

LOTS SIXTEEN (16) AND SEVENTEEN (17) OF FINAL PLAT OF OAKLAND PLAZA SUBDIVISION BLOCK 1 AS SHOWN BY PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 199, RECORDS OF BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI.

will be rezoned and become a part of District C-P (Planned Business District) and taken away from District O-1 (Office District).  Hereafter the property may be used for all O-1 permitted uses and a wholesale and retail sales office, sample room and facility for the indoor storage and delivery of costume jewelry.

The property described in Section 1 is designated “Planned Commercial” on the Land Use Plan.
