Ordinance No.            15890              Council Bill No.           B 21-99            

amending the Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 294 of the City Code by placing recently annexed property located on the southeast side of Old Plank Road, approximately 1,200 feet south of Glasgow Drive in District R-1; amending the Land Use Plan; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 29-4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is hereby amended and changed so that the following described property:

will become a part of District R-1 (One-Family Dwelling District).

The property described in Section 1 is designated “Low-Density Residential” on the Land Use Plan.
