Ordinance No.            15891              Council Bill No.           B 26-99            

approving the Final Plat of M.N.S. Subdivision, a minor subdivision; accepting the dedication of rightsofway and easements; authorizing a performance contract; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The City Council hereby approves the Final Plat of M.N.S. Subdivision, dated December 3, 1998, a minor subdivision located on the south side of Holly Avenue, approximately 820 feet east of Parker Street, containing approximately .35 acre in the City of Columbia, Boone County, Missouri, and hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the plat evidencing such approval.

The City Council hereby accepts the dedication of all rightsofway and easements as dedicated upon the plat.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a performance contract with Merle N. Smarr in connection with the approval of the Final Plat of M.N.S. Subdivision.  The form and content of the contract shall be substantially as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
