Ordinance No.           15893               Council Bill No.           B 28-99            

rezoning property located at 1302 Lakeview Avenue and adjoining property to the east from District R-3 to District C-3; repealing all conflicting ordinances or parts of ordinances; and fixing the time when this ordinance shall become effective.

The Zoning District Map established and adopted by Section 294 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbia, Missouri, is amended so that the following property:

will be rezoned and become a part of District C-3 (General Business District) and taken away from District R-3 (Medium Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District).
