A RESOLUTION
authorizing an assignment of the lease agreement for ground site at Columbia Regional
Airport
with Central Bridge Company, Inc. to APAC-Missouri, Inc.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an assignment of the September 20,
1980 lease
agreement for ground site at Columbia Regional Airport with Central Bridge Company, Inc. to
APAC-Missouri, Inc. The form and content of the agreement shall be substantially as set forth
in
"Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth herein verbatim.
